imagined but achieved.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Coach Rod is deeply committed to promoting equality and opportunity.
He serves on the board of AdmissionSquad, a nonprofit dedicated to leveling the educational playing
field for underserved students in New York City. By providing access to top high schools, Coach Rod
helps change lives and opens doors to future success for these young talents.
At home, Coach Rod's heart is with his family, where he spends his evenings and weekends cheering on his
children at their various athletic and extracurricular activities. His dedication to family and
community shines through in every aspect of his life, whether mentoring young athletes or guiding new
business owners.
His passion for cultural preservation is evident in his co-founding of 4The6 Media. This media company
produces digital content to keep the Haitian culture and language vibrant for children of Haitian
descent. Through this venture, Coach Rod ensures that future generations understand and appreciate their
rich heritage.
A former athlete, Coach Rod values teamwork, respect, and determination—principles he instills in his
professional and personal projects. His efforts as a coach and mentor in youth sports further illustrate

Hello, I am CARLOS V SPENCER
The Vision Producer
Carlos V Spencer is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, former Div I Scholarship athlete and former NYS police officer. He owns two companies (Carlos V Spencer SPEAKS & Grace N Mercy productions). He is a father, a business man and a leader. Carlos is also the author of the book ‘Flip the Switch’. His main goal in life is for his children and children’s children to one day look at pictures of him and to say ‘thank you’. His motto is LET’S GO, LET’S GROW, LET’S GET IT. I aim to inspire and motivate individuals through speaking. I have personally experienced the transformative power of words spoken by other accomplished speakers, which has profoundly impacted my own life. Consequently, I am well aware of the tremendous potential for personal growth and life-altering change that effective speaking can bring. Ever since then, my utmost aspiration has been to have a profound impact on the lives of leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals alike. My purpose is to support individuals in their journey towards self-improvement, as I firmly believe that once you become better everything you do becomes better. I speak to inspire and to motivate. My life has been changed by the words that I have heard from other speakers so I know how much speaking can change your life. From that point on my desire has been to speak into the lives of leaders, entrepreneurs and others. To help people to become better because once you become better everything you do becomes better.
