Carlos V Spencer is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, former Div I Scholarship athlete and former NYS police officer. He owns two companies (Carlos V Spencer SPEAKS & Grace N Mercy productions). He is a father, a business man and a leader. Carlos is also the author of the book ‘Flip the Switch’. His main goal in life is for his children and children’s children to one day look at pictures of him and to say ‘thank you’. His motto is LET’S GO, LET’S GROW, LET’S GET IT. I aim to inspire and motivate individuals through speaking. I have personally experienced the transformative power of words spoken by other accomplished speakers, which has profoundly impacted my own life. Consequently, I am well aware of the tremendous potential for personal growth and life-altering change that effective speaking can bring. Ever since then, my utmost aspiration has been to have a profound impact on the lives of leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals alike. My purpose is to support individuals in their journey towards self-improvement, as I firmly believe that once you become better everything you do becomes better. I speak to inspire and to motivate. My life has been changed by the words that I have heard from other speakers so I know how much speaking can change your life. From that point on my desire has been to speak into the lives of leaders, entrepreneurs and others. To help people to become better because once you become better everything you do becomes better.
